IT Data Analyst-Interface Engineer (onsite)

Serve as the primary administrator for the patient portal, responsible for its configuration, maintenance, and optimization, manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the portal, troubleshoot and resolve patient portal access and functionality issues, collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to enhance the portal's features and usability, serve as the primary administrator for the URMC Patient Relationship Management system, design, develop, test, and implement interfaces between various healthcare systems, including Meditech 6.x (or Expanse) EHR, laboratory information systems (LIS), radiology information systems (RIS), and other clinical and administrative applications.

Requirements: Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, three (3) years of IT experience in a healthcare setting, three (3) years of experience developing ETL solutions using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), proficiency in T-SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures and functions, familiarity with cybersecurity best practices in healthcare.
