Laboratory Customer Service Representative
- DEFINITION/PRIMARY FUNCTION
- Responsible for ensuring the satisfactory relationship between the laboratory and its clients. Assists with solving of client related problems. .. Position supports the overall function of the laboratory and the hospital in view of patient care. The position will primarily focus on client facing specimen and supply services to Outreach Clients.
- POSITION QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.)
- Experience:
- Computer literacy required.
- Ability to deal with the public.
- Education and Training:
- High school diploma required, college courses preferred.
- License, Certification & Registration:
- DRIVER - Driver's License
- Other Requirements:
- Computer knowledge of LIS and HIS systems.
