POSITION SUMMARY LCSW

POSITION DUTIES Licensed Social worker to assist with psychosocial aspects of acute care.  May also assist with ED and OB social service needs

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS HI state license lcsw

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS EPIC

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK Days likely some evenings and weekends possible.
