Position Highlights

• Outpatient behavioral health / individual therapy
• Flexible 4x10 schedule
• Hybrid schedule – 2 days onsite / 2 days telehealth
• Manageable caseload averaging 6–7 patients per day
• Established Behavioral Health team with strong community demand
• Opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and adults
• $39–$40/hour

Qualifications

• LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or other independently licensed clinical therapist
• Eligible for Virginia licensure prior to start
• Interest in providing direct individual therapy
• Rural healthcare or small-community experience preferred but not required
