Job Summary

The R1 - Maintenance Lead is accountable for overseeing all activities involved in the operation and maintenance of buildings and grounds, including housekeeping. Performs general maintenance duties.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, developing, training, and retaining employees; planning, assigning, and leading work; appraising performance; rewarding and coaching employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to read and interpret blue prints.

License/Certification/Registration

• Valid South Dakota driver's license required.

Work Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, plus on-call time; 80 hours every 2 weeks

Pay

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.

• $19.00 - $23.50 per hour
