Licensed Practical Nurse

Willis Knighton Health is seeking an LPN to work in a fast-paced cardiology clinic. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a strong work ethic, critical thinking and organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, dependability, possess excellent communications skills, have a solid knowledge of computers, and have the initiative to work independently. We have an atmosphere of teamwork that we expect to continue with all new hires as you will work closely with the physicians, managers, nursing and clerical staff as an integral component, assisting with the daily operations of the clinic. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: giving excellent customer service, filing data entry, the ability to perform EKG testing, taking vital signs, answering phones/returning phones, refills and scheduling tests and procedures as ordered. Hospital and Departmental orientation will be provided upon completion of the hiring process as well as training on our enterprise wide practice management system, including health records. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. You will not be required to work weekends and holidays. The applicant considered for this position must have an LPN license.
