Required:

• Min 1 year of experience as LPN.
• BLS Certificate (preferred AHA).
• Active LPN License.
• 2 Professional Reference (1 must be the supervisor and other could be supervisor or co-worker!)

Duties:

• Monitor and record patient's vital signs.
• Maintain accurate records of different patient allergens and medical histories.
• Collect blood and urine samples and label them accurately.
