Licensed Practical Nurse - Multiple locations

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Multiple Shifts Available
Location: Geneva, NY & Penn Yan, NY
Job Types: Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
 

Shifts:

• Day/Evening Shifts: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or rotating days and evenings
• Evening Shifts: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Night Shifts: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Flexible Part-Time Options: 2 shifts one week, 3 shifts the following week
• Full-Time Options: 5 shifts per week

Requirements:

• Valid NYS LPN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience
• Availability to work every other weekend (EOW) and holidays as required

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate of $35 - $38.82, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in a supportive and professional environment.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and document care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
