LSW/ LCSW - Social Worker - SNF/ LTC needed asap
REQUIRED SKILLS: The Social Worker provides and/or coordinates medically related social services to attain and maintain the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well being of each resident.
Location: Farmington Hills Commons - 21400 Archwood Circle Farmington Hills, MI 48336
*Must be fully licensed social worker in Michigan (no limited licenses)
Licensed SW in Michigan
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care. Preferred
