POSITION DUTIES - Social Services Case Management, Focus on NICU/ Birthplace departments 

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Master's Prepared, Licensed, CPR

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT - 12 Weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK - M-F Days (40 HR Days)
