Locums Emergency Medicine Physician

We are
seeking a Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physician (ABEM) to provide locum
tenens coverage at a Level II Trauma Center in Devils Lake, North Dakota. This
role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced emergency setting while
enjoying a welcoming community.

Position
Details:

• Shift Description: 9-hour shifts;
  varied
• Shift Length: 10–12 hours
• Patient Volume: 1.4 patients
  per hour
• Work Setting: Hospital, Level
  II Trauma Center
• EMR System: Epic 

Scope of
Practice / Required Skills:

• Intubation
• Chest tube placement
• Central line placement
• Procedural sedation
• OB/GYN procedures and deliveries
• Adult and pediatric resuscitation 

Requirements:

• Board Certified – ABEM
• ACLS, ATLS, PALS
• DEA
• Active North Dakota medical
  license
