Locums NP/PA Primary Care Need in New Hampshire

Coverage Needed:

• As soon as credentialed - ongoing
• July through end of January at least
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • would consider 4 days per week 
  • 1 hour unpaid lunch

Clinical Details:

• Outpatient clinic
• High elderly population with multiple comorbidities
• 16+ patients per day, concentration on chronic disease management
• EMR: Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
• Support Staff: practice manager, nursing staff, and designated MA

Requirements:

• Board Certified
• Internal medicine preferred, family medicine is fine
• Recent experience in outpatient primary care and comfort working autonomously
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in outpatient primary care
• Well experienced in chronic disease management and able to have difficult conversations with patients regarding medication management and patient education
• NH license or NH locum license (Temporary licenses are not accepted)
