We are seeking a
Locum Urology Physician to provide coverage for a healthcare facility in
Williamsport, PA. This position offers flexible scheduling, with the
opportunity to work 4-8 shifts per month, covering weekday and night
calls as well as weekend coverage. The role includes a mix of inpatient and
outpatient care during weekdays, with inpatient rounding on weekends.
The weekday clinic
schedule runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with night call coverage from 5:00 PM to
8:00 AM. Weekend shifts typically begin Friday evening and end Monday morning,
and while no clinic responsibilities are required on weekends, inpatient rounding
is likely. Additionally, there may be occasional weekday clinic coverage needs.
Responsibilities
include providing comprehensive urological care during inpatient and outpatient
weekday hours, performing urological procedures, and responding to call
coverage as assigned. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality,
patient-centered care in both clinical and hospital settings.
Requirements:
- BLS Certification for clinic work (ACLS not required for hospital/OR
settings). - Active Pennsylvania Medical License.
- Valid DEA License.
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology.
