• Graduate of Approved School of Practical Nursing
• Current licensure as Licensed Practice Nurse (IV Certified) in Missouri or ability to obtain required
• Maintains Basic Life Support Validation
• Successful implementation of nursing knowledge/skills
• Demonstrates skill in area of specialty
