LVN - New Graduate Program

Pay Rate: $ 30 / per hour

Maxim Healthcare Services in Orange County, CA is hiring New Graduate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of 1:1 patient care.

We are currently offering new graduates LVNs or LVNS with less than a year of experience opportunities to join our private duty nursing 1:1 home care team. Our program will allow you to advance your skills, while having the flexibility to work with a number of different patients.

Responsibilities

- Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

- Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.

- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

- Other Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License

- Current and active BLS card.
