Maintenance Engineer II

The MAINTENANCE ENGINEER is responsible completing general maintenance projects/repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, boiler HVAC and construction.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• One (1) year general maintenance experience, preferably in a hospital, hotel or similar environment
• Previous experience with HVAC and boilers
• Current CA driver's license
• Knowledge of emergency water, gas, electrical and medical gas shutoffs
• Basic knowledge of blueprints preferred
• Must be able to effectively communicate (speak, write and understand) in English
