Manager, Digital Analytics & Optimization
Job Summary: The Manager, Digital Analytics & Optimization is responsible for measuring, analyzing, and supporting performance improvement of all marketing channels at WMCHealth. Reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, this role delivers actionable insights, leads A/B and multivariate testing, and ensures the accuracy and relevance of marketing data. The Manager collaborates across the Marketing Team to provide dashboards, analytics reporting, and recommendations that drive data- informed decision-making and optimize patient engagement and Marketing ROI. The Manager also supports Marketing's role in company-wide digital transformation efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Manager, Digital Marketing, Salesforce implementation vendor, IT, and Data Management to support Marketing-owned platforms and their relationship to the company's full technological network. Support company-wide advancements in digital transformation.
- Develop and implement comprehensive measurement strategies for marketing campaigns and channels. Ensure proper analytics and events tagging on website.
- Leverage data in Google Analytics, Salesforce, business listings management system, and other platforms to establish and maintain regular reporting, providing actionable insights to Marketing leadership and stakeholders.
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to improve website, email, and other digital performance.
- Serve as Marketing's Salesforce administrator in the optimization of Health Cloud and Marketing Cloud functionalities. Work with IT and Data Management to ensure system compliance and data integrity.
- Serve as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence administrator. Maintain dashboards and tools to ensure timely, accurate, and useful analytics for campaigns and programs.
- Partner with service line leaders, operations teams, and medical staff to gather requirements and implement changes aligned with organizational priorities.
- Partner with marketing, digital, and business teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Work with the Data Management team and Electronic Health Record team to integrate marketing data with enterprise systems, enhancing insight generation.
- Stay current on analytics technologies, methodologies, and healthcare marketing trends to inform strategy.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative with a passion for translating data into actionable marketing insights.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of digital analytics and optimization experience, required
- Experience with Google Analytics and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Intelligence, preferred.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferred
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field,required.
