 • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in medical technology, microbiology chemistry, biology, or related field.
 • Possession of a Clinical Laboratory Scientist’s license issued by the State of California or equivalent license approved by LFS (LaboratoryField Services).
 • MUST HAVE FIVE YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE RUNNING/SUPERVISING A LABORATORY TEAM
 • Must have at least six (6) years of experience (combined testing and supervisory experience) in a high-complexity clinical laboratory, with evidence of increasing supervisory responsibility.
 • Must have relevant testing and supervisory experience and must include one year of experience EACH in any TWO of the following laboratory specialties: chemistry, hematology, coagulation, microbiology.
