Marketing and Public Relations Manager
JOB SUMMARY
- Manages all public relations, media relations and media communications for Hendrick Health. Works with assigned Hendrick departments to create and produce marketing materials. Oversees content marketing efforts including social media. Coordinate with creative team to produce advertising and collateral material.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Education
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, marketing or public relations
- Minimum Work Experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience with primary focus in marketing, public relations, corporate communications or journalism
- Required Licenses/Certifications
- Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Understanding of media and strong media relations
- Knowledge of disaster protocol and interfacing with the media
- Knowledge of social media and the hospital's guidelines for employees and departments
- Must have strong writing and verbal skills
- Designated Driver
