Medical Assistant

WK Neurology Clinic at WKB is seeking a Medical Assistant to work in their busy clinical practice. The medical assistant should demonstrate strong work ethics, dependability and an ability to work in a team approach. We are looking for an energetic, hardworking person. The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assessment and triage of patients, medication management, as well as administration and reconciliation. Other duties include responding promptly and appropriately to patient phone calls, scheduling tests and procedures, insurance verification, preauthorization's, and handling referrals. Our office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm. No weekends or holidays required. An orientation will be based on experience. Excellent benefits package offered.
