Heartland Hospice is searching for a full-time Medical Social Worker to support their patients and families in the Madison and surrounding areas.
Experience in hospice is greatly desired but will consider health care experience in a multidisciplinary setting, experience working with clients and families coping with terminal illness and death, and experience with community programs. Master s degree in Social Work and license or certification in the state of WI required. 100% daily travel is required, and mileage reimbursement is provided.
