MEMBER SERVICES REP
- Job Summary
- Under the general direction of the Director, the Member Services Representative functions as clerical support and customer representative, provides child care, fitness programming and educational activities for the children of our members and guests. Provides for the sale and delivery of health and fitness services to our customers. Demonstrates commitment to professional accountability and growth to maintain and expand knowledge and skills. Contributes to the achievement of the mission and philosophy of the Organization. Contributes to the effective operations of the Organization by demonstrating dependability in job performance. Exhibits the values of F.I.R.S.T. (Friendliness, Innovation, Respect, Service, and Trust).
- Working Conditions, Hazards and Physical Effort
- The task of this job does not involve exposure to blood, body fluids, or tissues but employment may require performing supplemental tasks that involve exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues. Must be able to move or position 25 lbs. independently.
- Minimum Qualifications or Equivalents
- Education: High School graduate or equivalent required.
- Experience: One (1) year clerical experience/computer knowledge. Fitness exposure preferred. Experience as a child care provider preferred.
- EQUIPMENT USED/SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Maintains knowledge of all appropriate exercise equipment and supplies.
- Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registrations
- CPR and First Aid certification current.
