Mohs Surgeon
Overview
Step into an established practice with immediate patient demand with time split between clinics in Appleton and Kaukauna, Wisconsin. Forefront Dermatology is seeking a full-time or part-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Mohs Surgeon to join our physician-led team. You'll work alongside 5 physicians, their team of APPs and their experienced support team.

Qualifications
- ACMS Fellowship Trained
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Dermatologist
- Current or eligible for state licensure
Compensation & Benefits
- $600,000-$850,000+ (including guaranteed base compensation)
- Sign on and retention bonus up to $150,000
- Relocation reimbursement up to $25,000
- CME reimbursement & internal grand rounds
