MSW Social worker

Title - MSW Social Services
Location: 9875 Hospital Drive Maple Grove, MN 55369
Salary:  $1700 - 2100
Contract - 08 Weeks
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (07:45 - 16:00)

Description:

• 40 hours per week, every 3rd weekend
• LSW required / MSW preferred
• EPIC experience is preferred but not required
• MN Social Work license in hand
• Minnesota Licensure levels accepted: LSW, LGSW, LISW and LICSW
• Medical Social Work experience required
• Looking for 3+ years of acute care and med/surg social services experience preferred
• COVID vaccination preferred- exemptions permitted on a case-by-case basis
• At least 1 reference is required to submit

Overtime Multiplier

• Charge Nurse:  $5.00
• On Call:  $10.00
• Call Back:  1.5%
• Holiday:   1.5%
