What You Will Do
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a stable, well-respected team within a Level III NICU, offering a high degree of clinical autonomy supported by a culture of professional collegiality and the robust resources of the Ascension Saint Agnes health network
- Join an established team of 4 physicians
- Practice setting: Level III NICU
- Employed position within a nonprofit health system
- Residency or Fellowship in Neonatalology
- Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Certification
- Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
- Provide expert clinical interventions for neonates in the NICU and Well-Baby nurseries, ensuring every infant receives high-level, compassionate direct care.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to provide expert consultations for Obstetric and Pediatric partners, ensuring seamless care transitions for complex neonatal patients.

What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Nurse Practitioner with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Maryland Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
Education:
- Master's degree of Nursing required.
