Neuro Registered Nurse

Now Hiring: Neurology RN
Location: Gainesville, Florida
Schedule: Full-Time | Days or Nights | Rotating Weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered neurological care
• Assess patient conditions and report changes promptly
• Administer medications and monitor therapeutic responses
• Perform ordered procedures, monitoring, and documentation accurately
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and follow-up care
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Advocate for patient safety, quality outcomes, and exceptional patient experiences

Qualifications:

• Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license required
• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required
• BSN preferred
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• LTAC, Home Health, Acute Care, and other clinical backgrounds considered
• BLS required within 30 days of start date
• Must be comfortable working in a 7:1 patient ratio environment
• Candidates must live within commutable distance of the facility

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $29.73 – $43.20/hr based on experience
• Night Shift Differential: $4.25/hr
• Weekend Differential: $3.00/hr
