-$48.21 - $48.21 per hour for Registered EEG individuals,
-$36.42 - $36.42 per hour for Non-Registered EEG individuals

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.
Job Overview:
The Neurodiagnostic Technician is responsible for obtaining standard and complex recordings, as well as special procedures, EEG recording and advanced testing procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited/formal EEG program or on-the-job training required
- Neuroanatomy course a plus
- BLS Certification through American Heart Association
- Minimum of 1 year of neurodiagnostic experience
Scheduling Requirements:
- Day Shift
- Per Diem Scheduling
- Must be able to take on-call shifts
Essential Functions:
- Responsible for obtaining standard and complex recordings, as well as special procedures: EEG recording and advanced testing procedures
- Ability to be on-call for EEG and LTM patients
- Able to do all inpatient, outpatient and portable EEG testing
- Able to hook up/clean up and take call for Long Term Video Monitoring testing
- Selects predetermined electrode combinations as necessary by the history of each individual patient
- Applies suitable electrodes as needed per study utilizing the 10/20 International Electrode Placement System
