**NAME CLEAR REQUIRED** It's under the' manage' box in the top right of your screen. You'll have to create the candidate first, submit the name clear, and then you can submit the profile like normal (if cleared). Provider will need to be present at least one day prior to meet with HR for their badge and fit-testing. Drug Screen may be required as well Certs: Candidates need to have an active NM License, CSR and DEA - BLS, ACLS and PALS Required SHIFTS (only covered by physicians): January 6, 7, 8 for the shift 8pm-8am About: One Physician on Shift, 4 PAs and 2 Techs - 50% Adults, 50% Pediatrics - 35-40 Patients Per Day - 3 Patients Per Hour - 10 Inpatient - Admissions: average 4 - Discharges: average 4 - 13 M/S Beds and 6 ICU Beds Annual Volume 12k - Fast Track in ED - ED responds to House Codes - If Physician needs to respond, this is secondary to emergencies in ED - ED Physician or Hospitalist on call will write admission orders - Newborn deliveries are sent directly to L&D - 24 hour X-Ray, CT, Lab, OR Response Time, Anesthesia, General Surgery and Ortho EMR: EPIC
