Nurse Case Manager

Orchard Medical Consulting, an IMA Group Company, is hiring Nurse Case Managers to coordinate medical treatment for patients who have incurred on the job injuries, workers compensation. Enjoy a great deal of flexibility, autonomy, and opportunities for growth in joining our amazing team.

Qualifications-
Provide field case management services for patients who have incurred work related injuries in the Phoenix, AZ area.
Work closely with physicians and claims adjuster for cost effective treatment plan
Development and maintenance of relationships with clientele.
Acts as a vital liaison between patients and care providers.

Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish
• Arizona RN license in good standing
• CCM or CCM eligible
• Workers Comp NCM experience preferred
• Has the ability to set up a home office
• Has reliable transportation willing to spend significant amount of time traveling via car
