POSITION SUMMARY
- Position Summary:
  - The nurse manager will serve as a leader, collaborating with the health care team to create an environment of high quality patient care and customer satisfaction.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Education
  - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  - BSN or plan for completion of BSN
- Minimum Experience
  - Two years of clinical experience related to population served.
- Required Registration/License/Certification
  - Current Kansas registered nurse license
  - Basic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Health Care Provider, or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association-Health Care Provider), or successful completion within the first 90 days of employment.
