It is the perfect hybrid of Primary Care, Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, and Addiction Medicine; providing care to an under-served, diverse, and truly appreciative patient population.
We are currently looking for a Full-Time, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and provide on-site medical care at the Monroe County Jail in Rochester, NY
This is a 36-40 hour/week position. Weekly schedule is majority Monday - Friday with rotation of weekends with all providers. Ability for 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts for full time position.
We are offering a $25,000 sign on bonus for this position also!

Salaries are negotiable and commensurate based on experience. rate range: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year

Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
Board Certified.
Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of New York.
Maintain current DEA license.
Maintain active BLS (i.e. CPR) certification.
Maintain current Driver’s License.
