East Mountain Medical is a Rural Health Clinic serving the vibrant community of southern Berkshire County. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and clinical staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based care models
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
