Nurse Practitioner

Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team in Roseburg, OR. This hybrid role is ideal for a provider who is passionate about patient care, eager to contribute to a collaborative care model, and motivated to make a meaningful impact in the community. The NP will be expected to conduct patient visits both in-office and via telehealth as part of their regular schedule.
The Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive care to patients, including assessing medical conditions, conducting physical exams, diagnosing, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing treatments, and coordinating care plans. This role also involves active participation in multidisciplinary teams to promote a collaborative, patient-focused approach to care.
What You Will Do:

  • Provide high-quality primary and preventive care to patients
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and review patients' medical histories
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on radiology and laboratory tests
  • Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Coordinate care, including referrals to specialists when needed
  • Conduct patient visits both in-office and via telehealth
  • Accurately document encounters and ensure appropriate coding and billing
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support collaborative care planning

What You Will Bring:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
  • Current DEA license
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Oregon
  • Outpatient clinic experience preferred
  • Training or interest in geriatrics is welcomed but not required
  • Strong communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
