Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
No evenings, weekends, holidays, or on-call duties

Position Overview
A well-established healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care services in an outpatient clinical setting serving the Veteran population. This role offers an excellent work-life balance along with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, assessments, and develop treatment plans
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
• Complete preventive care and clinical reminders
• Discuss patient care plans and outcomes with Medical Director and care team

Qualifications

• MSN from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (Family Practice or Internal Medicine)
• Active and unrestricted state license
• Current DEA registration
• Current BLS certification
• Strong clinical and computer skills
• Minimum 1 year of clinical practice preferred
