A well-established outpatient surgery practice in El Paso, Texas is seeking a Spanish-speaking Nurse Practitioner to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-focused environment with a Monday through Friday schedule and an outstanding work-life balance.
Position Highlights:
- Full-time outpatient position.
- Monday through Friday.
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- No nights, weekends, or hospital call.
- Supportive physicians and clinical staff.
- Excellent training and mentorship for new graduates.
Qualifications:
- Licensed or eligible to obtain a Texas Nurse Practitioner license.
- Prefer bilingual / Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Interest in outpatient surgical care.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $130,000-$150,000 first-year salary, based on experience.
