Nurse Practitioner

Title: Nurse Practitioner (NP) - On-Site Occupational & Primary Care Clinic

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a long-term opportunity at an on-site medical clinic in Wheatfield, IN. In this role, you will deliver primary care, conduct DOT physicals, and handle occasional occupational injury and illness cases for adult patients. Day to Day:

• Provide primary medical care to adult patients in an on-site clinic environment.
• Conduct routine DOT physical examinations and employee wellness screenings.
• Treat and manage occasional occupational injuries and acute illnesses.
• Maintain complete and accurate patient documentation and records.
• Work collaboratively with on-site staff to ensure a safe, efficient care environment.

Shift:

• Schedule: Monday - Wednesday: 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
• Flexibility: Occasional Sunday shifts as needed

Qualifications:

• License: Active, unencumbered Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the State of Indiana (IN).
• Experience: Background in Occupational Health or Urgent/Primary Care preferred.
• Certifications: Experience conducting DOT physicals (DOT Certification preferred).
• Strong patient assessment skills and ability to work independently in a clinic environment.
