Nurse Practitioner / FNP

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive health measures, chronic disease management, and acute care. The FNP will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient-centered care in a supportive environment.

PAY: $85-$88/hr w2 + Mileage + Lodging

Mileage applicable for the candidate stay more than 35 miles from clinic location & Lodging applicable for non local or someone who stay more than 70 miles

Start Date: 1/05/2026

End Date: 03/31/2026

Schedule:

Mon/Wed/Fri: 7am-4pm

Tues/Thur: 9:30am-6pm

DEA license required

Must be comfortable seeing ages 2+

Minimum Job Requirements for Nurse Practitioner:

• Active license & current board certification required
• Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per State regulation.
• CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date
