Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Maryland

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Location: Greenbelt, Maryland

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Position Overview:

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illnesses, performing physical exams, prescribing medications, and supporting the overall health and wellness of our patients. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical examinations and health assessments
• Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic illnesses
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on preventative care and health maintenance
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR system

Requirements

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Maryland (required)
• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing from an accredited program
• National certification (AANP or ANCC)
• DEA license or eligibility to obtain
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine
