Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Hematology and Medical Oncology
JOIN TEAM UPG. The University of Virginia Physicians Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Hematology and Medical Oncology for our UVA Community Hematology Oncology practice located in Charlottesville, VA.
ASPIRE TO WORK WITH THE BEST. In this role you will be responsible for providing Hematology and Medical Oncology services, including assessing and managing patients in the practice. Our Community Hematology Oncology practices are located throughout Virginia, and specialize in the diagnosis, treatment and long-term care of adult patients with cancer and blood disorders. We offer patients quality treatment options and easy access to the technology, clinical trials and advanced capabilities of UVA when needed. Our staff is highly skilled and explores all treatment options in a fully integrated, patient-focused approach. We combine the latest medical, surgical and radiological therapies with supportive therapies, massage, nutrition, mind-body medicine, naturopathy and spiritual wellness. In addition to our Providers, our care team includes oncology-certified nurses, support nurses and phlebotomists.
ASPIRE TO PERFORM AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL. Requires VA NP or PA license and 1+ years' experience in Hematology/ Oncology.
