While preference will be given to candidates with at least two years of experience as a practicing NP or PA, individuals with a minimum of five years of RN experience in a Med-Surg or Emergency Department setting may also be considered based on overall qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions while emphasizing preventive care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic patient care.
• Educate patients on wellness and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records

Qualifications:

• Valid NP or PA license in West Virginia
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills.
