Full-time position for a Psychiatric and Mental Health
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to function in an outpatient role and as a provider for patients in Palos Community Hospital’s Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs.
Experience working with patients with mental health, addictions and co-occurring problems is strongly preferred.

Master’s degree from an accredited School of Nursing with ANCC certification as an Adult Psychiatric Mental Health CNS or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
ANCC Certification as a NP or CNS.
Illinois Advanced Practice Nursing License, Controlled Substance License and DEA required.
Buprenorphine waiver or commitment to completing the 24 hours of training to obtain a buprenorphine waiver.
A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse on an inpatient psychiatric unit.
Focus on promoting evidenced-based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.
Able to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the plan of care for patients served, through consistent behavioral health methods.
