Nursing Assistant

Position Summary:

Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to patients and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse in charge of the team and/or unit.

Education and Experience:

• Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Experience: Requires previous Nursing Assistant experience or for nursing students, one clinical rotation completed.
• Certification/Licensure: Current BLS required, Nursing Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant License preferred.
