Nutritional Assistant (DT)

• Primary Functions

• Dining room set up for designated meals. Rolls silverware, ensures coffee area is adequately stocked.
• Prepares beverages for meals served.
• Serves residents designated meals. Ensures resident needs are met during meals. Refills drinks as necessary. Serves coffee to residents.
• Provides excellent customer service for the residents during meal service. Allows adequate time for residents to finish meals.
• Clears table of dishes, sanitizes tables and chairs, ensures condiments on tables are stocked and clean.
• May assist in preparation of salad and dessert preparation.
• Works as a team player with the dietary department, adjusting duties to cover other assignments as necessary.
