Dignity Health Medical Group - Dominican is seeking a BE/BC Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician (OB/GYN) to join our growing OB/GYN Team in Santa Cruz, CA. Move beyond the traditional clinical experience and join a practice rooted in advocacy, clinical excellence, and deep community partnership.

Compensation and Benefits

• Guaranteed Salary: $375,000 - $400,000 + productivity incentives

• Approximately 700-800 deliveries annually
• Access to Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• 24/7 anesthesia coverage with a team of experienced anesthesiologists
• Dedicated OB ED

Job Requirements

• MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification
• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
