The Company:

Our client is a respected not-for-profit healthcare organization dedicated to providing accessible, affordable healthcare to the residents of Pinellas County, Florida. With 12 health centers and a Mobile Health Center, the organization is committed to delivering patient-centered care to diverse communities throughout the region.

The Position:

Our client is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician to join its growing women's health team. This provider will deliver comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care while collaborating with an experienced team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and clinical support staff.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $270,000 to $350,000, depending on experience

Requirements:

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Active and unrestricted Florida medical license
  • Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
  • Strong commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Experience serving diverse or underserved patient populations preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Monday through Friday
  • Clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care
  • Perform annual well-woman examinations and preventive screenings
  • Provide prenatal, postpartum, contraceptive, and family-planning services
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic women's health conditions
  • Perform deliveries and provide hospital coverage as required
  • Participate in the OB/GYN call rotation
  • Coordinate care and referrals with specialists and external healthcare facilities
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
  • Participate in peer reviews, quality improvement initiatives, and accreditation readiness
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and clinical support teams
  • May rotate between multiple health centers within the network
