• 2-Year Base Salary Guarantee at $375,414. Option to move to wRVU-based pay model within first 2 years
• $40k Sign-On Bonus, $27k in Relocation Assistance, and up to $100k Student Loan Assistance
• 4-Day Workweek, 3 Days in Clinic and 1 OR Day
• Call schedule: 1:4 call. 1 weekday, 1 Friday per month, and 1 weekend per month. Average 0-6 calls per call shift
• Epic EMR and; Dragon Medical One, an Epic-integrated dictation software
• DaVinci Robot Onsite
