Minimum Education: Bachelor Degree

Required Course(s)/Training: Successful completion of program in Occupational Therapy

Required Certification/Registration: Registered Occupational Therapist
Current WV license
CPR certification

Plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients in acute care, inpatient, and outpatient settings, long term care settings in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team.
