Dream Kids Therapies is expanding and we're thrilled to announce the upcoming opening of our brand-new Daycare therapy program in Houston! We are seeking passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our founding team and help us build a thriving practice dedicated to providing exceptional care for young children.

What We're Looking For:
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Occupational Therapists who are:
- Passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young children in a daycare setting.
- Experienced in conducting developmental screenings and assessments.
- Proficient in developing and implementing age-appropriate activities and interventions to support children's fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, and self-help skills.
- Excellent communicators and collaborators, able to work effectively with children, daycare staff, and parents.
- Highly motivated and eager to contribute to the growth and success of a new therapy program within a daycare.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Texas.
Responsibilities May Include:
- Conducting developmental screenings and occupational therapy assessments for children enrolled in the daycare.
- Developing and implementing individual and group activities to promote children's developmental skills.
- Collaborating closely with daycare teachers and staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the daily routines and classroom environment.
- Providing consultation and education to parents and staff regarding children's developmental needs and strategies to support them.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of services.
