Pay Rate: $1439.86 - $1658.96



2+ Years of Hosp. experience. Must have In-Patient Rehab and/or Hospital Experience. May float to ante/gyn. 50 mile radius rule.

Procedures performed include: In-patient Rehab Occupational Therapy- neuro and ortho patient evaluations & treatments. Acute (Ortho, Tele and ICU) evaluations & treatments.


Required Qualifications
MUST HAVE ACTIVE TX LIC AT TIME OF SUBMISSION - WILL NOT CONSIDER TEMP LIC
