OT - OP needed asap for 13 weeks
M-F, possible weekend rotation
Facility Setting? Hospital Based Outpatient
1-2 years experience
AZ lic required
Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? Yes, MS, ARU
EMR for your facility: Redoc

Licenses: OT-AZ
